Assistant Chef - Arabic Cuisine

We are an Arabic takeaway and delivery establishment with a physical location in Barcelona, specializing in authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. We are looking for an Assistant Chef with experience in Arabic cuisine and with the right attitude and proactivity to get things done. We are set to launch next month and have ambitious plans for continuous growth thereafter. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen line Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production Undertake additional tasks as required by the restaurant Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook, experience in Arabic cuisine is a must. Knowledge and mastery of culinary techniques, especially those related to Middle Eastern dishes Ability to work as part of a team Organizational and time management skills Availability to work in Barcelona, Spain Valid Food Handler Certificate .
